Hello I am a new user of Masshunter Quantitative software and am looking at very low levels of compounds leading me to run close to limit of detection. For my calibration curve I need to manually integrate some peaks; however, when I do so it does not adjust the values in my calibration curve. Is there a way to get my calibration curve to update after I manually integrate? Thank you!
