Hi,
I'm trying to use my library retention times to make sure the hit is what I'm looking for, but Qual doesn't show my library retention times. I'm using Qual B.07.00 version and Quant B.07.01. I made a custom library from my calibration sample and included the retention times. It works in Unknown Analysis software, but not Qual. I put some screenshots.
