MassHunter and GC 6890N

Question

Hi Dear, 
 I have a GC (6890N-FW 06.07)-FPD-MS (5975) and controlled by Chemstation (G1701EA). Program software upgraded to MassHunter (B.07), windows 10, 64bit. 
 When I use GC-MS (without FPD), The instrument work properly; But in the case that the FPD detector is turned on and the save data tick is ticked, after the end of the data acquisition, the saved file is not opened in quantitative software and an error message is issued. 
 What is the problem?

Hello Taha , 
 I'm not finding any reports of known issues with FPD or any GC signal data in Quant B.07.00. If re-translating the data file resolved the issue then it may be some incompatibility with Acq B.07 and Windows 10. As ron_tackett mentioned this was never tested, so we don't know how the program will behave in Windows 10. While you may have successfully installed it and are able to run without any other issues, the creation of the MassHunter GC signal portion of the data file may not be working as expected. 
 We would suggest reaching out to your local support team directly for further assistance and options for resolving this issue.
