Dear all,
I am currently trying to integrate peaks of compounds with m/z > 1000. Not surprisingly, a significant amount of ions show up as M+1 or M+2 due to the natural isotopic distribution. I wonder whether there is a way for Quant software method to automatically include the isotopic masses without me manually entering them as separate compound entries. Also, my compounds can show up as singly charged as well as doubly charged at the same time. It would nice if I am able to integrate both in a single compound entry, too.
