hello, I use Agilent XCT linear ion trap. Where could I find the step-by-step instructions for replacing G2440-60200 electron multiplier?

Do you have the maintenance CD ROM available?

If not please follow these steps:

1. Vent the system

2. Remove Front Cover and Top Cover

3. Remove Top Plate of the vacuum chamber

4. Locate and remove the two screws of the signal feedthrough on the outside of the vacuum chamber

5. Loosen the clamp of the detector horn and remove the horn

6. Install the new horn, reinstall the signal feedthrough, close top plate and pumpdown
