Hello All
I had a problem of temperature sheath gas of AJS ion source not controlled properly.
When I set 250 degree centigrade with 11l/min gas flow, it can not reach to 250 degree centigrade it rise up to 125 degree centigrade then it will stay to 125 to 130 degree centigrade
