We have a Agilent 1290 Infinity II multisampler. We wanted to configure the Eppendorf 500uL 96 Deepwell plate Catalog no. 951032107. We created the new plate and the new plate shows up while creating a batch and also allows to submitted the samples however when we start the runs we get the error message "Plate code not accepted" how do we fix this?
