hi, I am wondering how to best prepare for this mobile phase Milli-Q water with 5 mM ammonium formate and 0.01 % formic acid for LC method

 To prepare a litre of this mobile phase, weigh 0.315g of ammonium formate and dissolve in 800mL of water, add 100&micro;L formic acid and mix well, then make up to total volume of 1L. 
 Probably best to filter this after preparation through 0.45&micro;m (0.22&micro;m if you have UHPLC columns) regenerated cellulose filter.
