Liquid running though pump stopped in agilent 1290

Hello, we have a leak in our pump head of agilent 1290, though we stopped the pump and the flow, there is still solvent running through the pump and the attached capillaries. Any idea where the liquid is coming from and how to stop it while fixing the leak

Hey, could it be from the seal wash if you have seal wash on your system? This would be liquid in the silicon tubings basically in the back of the pump head. See: Agilent 1290 Infinity Binary Pump page 45. Seal was is controlled via the right click on the driver and then control. See: Agilent 1290 Infinity Binary Pump page 55. This is basically cooling and cleaning the pistons and occurring separate from the flow to the system.
