Hi, My problem is that vialsampler arm did not move. Although it was "green" on the Intrument status screen. And, the vials were sensed by the Sequence screen. Gripper verification in LabAdvisor failed, and the error message was: Invalid vial number (EE34402). Sampler: G7129A. Thanks
