WinGPC Column Database

Hi Community team, we are using WinGPC Software and our data storage recently had to be moved to another server. Now, when I click on the column icon in the method window, the software gives me the information that the access authorisation to the server, that no longer exists, is missing and the database cannot be opened. How can I solve this problem now?

    In your case, the path of the column database must be adjusted. This is done as follows:

    1) Close WinGPC software
    2) Search registry editor (Windows logo key + "regedit") and run it as administrator (possibly involve your IT department)
    3) Find the entry Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PSS\WinGPC
    4) Right mouse click on Column_Database_Path, select Modify... and rename the path 

    You should be able then to access the Column Database without an error warning Slight smile
