In OpenLab, is there a setting that will automatically stop a sequence if the GC oven temp/pressure falls below the required parameters mid-run? We have been experiencing this, and our Gerstel autosampler will continue to inject, resulting in lost sample and no data.

Hi kuenvirolab, 
 The GC should stop when any parameter is in a not ready state for a certain period of time. It looks like the issue is with the Gertsal continuing to inject and triggering the run. It maybe worthwhile checking with Gerstel to see if they have a solution that monitors the not ready on the remote cable.
