280-DS MQS "Installation of Agilent Device Drivers appeared to have Failed" error  when installing on Windows 10 PC. Can the drivers be downloaded separately?

Is this a new installation or an upgrade?

This would be a new installation. Although this tool has been utilized by another user in my organization about 1yr ago.

Which version of software are you installing?

Product version 3.2.1 

Are you logged on to the PC as an administrator?

Yes I'm logged on as a local Admin

Did you install the software before connecting the PC to the instrument?

Yes I tried to install the software before connecting the PC to the instrument 

Version 3.2.1 is not supported on Windows 10. 

You will need to upgrade to version A.01.05 to install this software on Windows 10.

Otherwise, you will need to install the software you have on a supported operating system.
