ADM Flow meter is not detected by redcargo

Hello,

I got a new cartridge for my ADM flow meter and it request to update the firmware. I have been unsuccessfully trying to update the firmware many times. The installed the Red Cargo agent is not being detected when I have a session in the https://redcargo.azurewebsites.net and the ADM flow meter is never online. The computer itself detects the flow meter when it is connected but the application doesn't. I did tried in a second computer but got the same situation. Is my new cartridge defective?

Hi, What internet browser are you using? Red Cargo has known issues with Edge and Chrome. It should be able to detect the agent if you use Internet Explorer. Thanks, Jeff
