Our Wave Controller software and XFe Utility say that the barcode reader is offline. We checked that the cables are connected properly. When we check Windows Device Manager, it says that there is an unrecognized device (which goes away if we remove the USB cable for the barcode reader). We are on 64-bit Windows with the latest Wave Controller with the XFe96 instrument. Is our installation corrupt and we should install something again?
