Barcode reader offline for Seahorse XFe96

Hello,

Our Wave Controller software and XFe Utility say that the barcode reader is offline. We checked that the cables are connected properly. When we check Windows Device Manager, it says that there is an unrecognized device (which goes away if we remove the USB cable for the barcode reader). We are on 64-bit Windows with the latest Wave Controller with the XFe96 instrument. Is our installation corrupt and we should install something again?

    Hi Siddhartha,

    Thank you for contacting Cell Analysis Technical Support. Can you please go ahead and send us your System Files so that we can see what might be going on? These can be accessed in the Help Section of the Wave software. You can select Send System files and send the resulting Zip file to cellanalysis.support@agilent.com. Can you also tell me the last date that the instrument was working correctly?  

    As a side note, we do not recommend using the utility as there are settings here that can cause damage to your instrument.
