Thank you for contacting Cell Analysis Technical Support. The maximum hydration time for our cartridges is 74 hours. Unfortunately, they cannot be dried and then rehydrated.  I am sorry about that!

Ok thanks for the info. Instead what about the minimum hydration time?

Hi Richard,

The absolute minimum (in an emergency situation) is 4 hours. We recommend overnight hydration for best results/data.

Thanks for the help, it was very useful! I was able to hydrate the cartridge sensors for almost 8 hours.
