Hi,
I now checked FAO in B16F10 cells (mouse melanoma cell lines). I changed the medium into substrate limiting medium 1 day ago, and replaced it with the FAO medium (Glc 2mM, L-Carnitine 0.5mM) 1h before analysis.
But, I wasn't able to see the difference of OCR among the samples (Palmitate-CoA or BSA +- Etomoxir). Does this mean that starvation is not enough? or obvious FAO does not occur in B16F10 cells?
