Hello everyone !!!
I has only the E-Plate 96 PET for detect signal when adding cells into well, without RTCA or any tools relevant. I see 5 electrodes and 4 wells, therefore I think this will have one the common electrode and 4 remain eclectrodes for 4 well. So, the my first question is how to know exactly gold electrode of the each well? And, the second question is how I can get signal from 5 electrodes without RTCA?
