Hi, we are performing some Seahorse experiment and the calibration/hydration phase is not clear.
Our training manual as well as the Mito Stress kit protocol state overnight calibration with calibrant. The "How to hydrate..." document states
that it should be performed in water overnight and then in calibrant...?
