How to Create (Data Analysis) Project Shortcuts in OpenLab CDS and OpenLab EZChrom

Issue

Steps to create a Data Analysis shortcut for one or more of your Projects defined in the OpenLab Control Panel.

Steps to Follow

1. Open the Control Panel of your OpenLab CDS or OpenLab EZChrom software.
   
   1. If you have an Authentication Provider, you will need to log in first (Figure 1).

   2. If you do not have an Authentication Provider, you will be taken to the Control Panel main screen (Figure 2).

2. Go to the Projects tab in the bottom-left of the screen (Figure 3).

3. Select the Project that needs a shortcut (Figure 4). If the correct project is already selected, or if you have only one project, please proceed to step 4.

4. Click the Create Desktop Shortcut icon. (Figure 5)

   1. Where to locate the Create Desktop icon.
   

5. Click Yes on the confirmation screen.

   Confirmation: A Desktop Shortcut will be created for the Data Analysis application of the Project you have selected in step 3.
