Determination of fat soluble vitamins in food using HPLC-DAD

Hello everyone!

I am following the application note "Determination of Fat-Soluble Vitamins in Foods Using Agilent Chem Elut S Extraction with LC/DAD and LC/MS/MS Triple-Quadrupole" to implement the analysis, but I have doubts about preparing the calibration curve. Is it necessary to saponify the curve points, or just direct injection of them?
