PDF results not generated

I am trying to use intelligent reporting to process my data in OpenLAB (A.02.02 1.3.4). When I click "start reprocess", the injections will process and ACAML file is created. However no excel or pdf file is created even though I have this selected.

Hello,

The version you gave was for the OLSS software not the actual CDS program. It sounds like you are using Chemstation but I would like to confirm that is the case and ask what version you are using?

Hello,

If you try and create reports in the review tab with that data and template, can you create excel and pdf files?
