When attempting to send a method to the instrument on Openlab CDS 2.8, headspace temperatures for the oven, loop, and transfer line revert back to a "default" value of 80 C. How can I fix this so the instrument is set to the correct temperatures?

Currently running Openlab CDS 2.8 with a 5977 GC/MSD and 8697 headspace sampler. When sending a saved method to the instrument and starting the run, the headspace temperatures for oven, loop, and transfer line are reverted back to 80 C - extremely strange considering our method was set to temperatures of 80, 90, and 110 C, respectively. Has anyone else had this issue before? We're assuming this is software related but could be wrong. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
