I was asked to clean the PDF editing software, the equipment that handles the chromatographs in my work area (It should be mentioned that we handle several versions of the software).
And due to lack of knowledge, I eliminated PDF X-Change, and now, PDF reports are no longer generated.
Now I don't know what to do, ther
e are around 8 machines, and none of them are generating reports.

I will guess this is OpenLab Chemstation that you are using since the other packages do not use PDF X-Change. You should be able to look on the original media in disk 1 for the tools folder and inside that should be PDF XChange. You should be able to run the installer directly to reinstall that program. If you need help you may want to open a support ticket with your local support group to help resolve the issue.
