Manual Control in Audit Trail Report

Can someone explain to me what "Manual Control" is in this Audit Trail Report when there was nothing manually done for the sequence? Is there a way to avoid this since it seems misleading?

Hello,

Are you loading different acquisition methods during the sequence? Do you lock the front panel on the instrument? What version of CDS software are you using?
