I would like to creat a custom calculation formula in OpenLAB CDS to determine %D displayed in wt% on my report. My sequence always starts with a standard injection to determine the area under the peaks of 3 known compounds then follows by several other injections from various tanks that may or may not include unknown concentrations of the same 3 compounds. I want the calculation to reference the first injection of my sequence and formulate the wt% by comparing it to the following injections. Example:
%D= (peak area of compound 1 in injection 2,3,4,…) x (known concentration .1112) / peak area of compound 1 in first injection
