Is it possible to include samples with zero amounts in the sample statistics in the report?
Hello,
I would need to know what software and version you are using CDS 2.x, Chemstation, or EZChrom. In later versions of IR for those products if you include missing peaks in the tables, they will show blanks which will not be included in the summary calculations. If you use an expression like =If(Compound_Concentration>0,Compound_Concentration,0.0) to show a zero for missing peaks then that will be included in the summary statistics.
Hallo, I am using Openlab CDS Version.2.7. I try that with the include missing peaks in the tables, but nothing happened.
Thank you for responding
Hello,
Did you start with one of the available reports or build a new one? There may be a filter on table or group the table is in that is keeping missing peaks from displaying. You need to look at any grouping or the table itself for active filters. Retention time > 0 is a common one used to remove missing peaks.

Right now i have two different sample statistics. The first two pictures are the statistic table from the sample that have a concentration. The last two pictures are the Samples hat dont have amounts. And i want to have one statistics table , with sample with amounts and without. I tried your suggestion, but did not help to fix that.
Thank you very much vor your help
