Open Lab CDS server connectivity issue for Agilent HPLC

Hi Team,

We have two Agilent Instrument's1260 Infinity -II series connected to Agilent software, Open Lab CDS 2.7v. We run sequence on both the HPLC's and we observed sequence in both the HPLC systems were interrupted in-between the run, showing same error as, "Uploaded partially acquired result set during recovery".

I'm attaching the system activity log for your information. Can you please figure it out what will be the root cause for the connectivity issue.

    We would need more information to diagnose the connection issues. If this is a workstation where both systems are connected directly, I would look at the power settings on the computer. Make sure the computer is not allowed to sleep or shutoff the network cards when idle.  Anything beyond these basics settings we would need to look at the logs and we cannot do that in the community. You best course would be to open a support request with your local HPLC support group.
