After updating chemstation to the latest version, some settings was disappeared. For example, in the previous version I can add a sequence to "Run Queue'' as a list of single runs (not as a sequence). Also, there was a possibility to run a commund if the ""Run Queue'' is empty. Does anyone knows, how can I do this in the last version?

What version do you have installed? The latest LTS C.01.11 has those options. You do need to change the preferences under sequence to add the option for running the sequence as a series of methods.
