Autosampler Injection error

Hi

I have encountered an error with sample injection. The autosampler always aborted my sequence and disconnect from the software.

The activity log shows the reasons is "Aborted by Hardware error" " Value cannot be null. Parameter name : Channel"

Does anyone else have encountered this type of error?

Hello,

As this looks like a hardware error it might be better placed in the hardware forums. If you let me know if this is a GC, HPLC or some other sampler I can move the post. Also, what software are you using?

Sorry, my bad, this is my first time posting.

My equipment is HPLC 1260 Infinity II. The autosampler is G7129C 1260 Vialsampler. The software I am using is OpenLab CDS.

I always use the same sequence template and method for testing but this is the first time this error occurs.

lyq Can you provide a screenshot of your sequence template and method? I would like to see what Parameter name : Channel in either sequence/ method is shown.
