Is it possible to combine multiple chromatogram reports into one file/report?

Hi,

When in OpenLab CDS 2.4 in Data analysis -> and selecting all my samples in data selection, proceding to reporting tab and preview all the chromatogram reports, is there a way to combine them into one report with each chromatogram having different colours?

If not ,is there a posibility to print(screen) the overlay of the chromatograms in the data processing tab?

Thanks in advance

    Hi Vachan,

It is possible. In the reporting tab you have to create a new template and choose either "Single sequence summary" (if you want to display the data from one sequence) or "Cross sequence summary" (if you are comparing chromatograms from different sequences). Please note that it is not possible to edit this in the existing report template.

Add "Multi Signal Plot Overlaid"  (Report items > Chromatograms > Multi Signal Plot Overlaid) to your report.

All of your selected chromatograms will be displayed now.

By right-clicking on your chromatogram in the report you can go to Properties > Layout > Signal style and change the color of each signal.

FYI, if you want to export the chromatogram from the Data processing tab, just right-click on it, select Export to file and change the file format to .png

    I hope this helps.

    Kind regards,

    Ulyana
