Openlab CDS 2.8

I really hope that the next Openlab CDS will repair the bug we have when Using Dual SCAN/SIM mode with MS.

We can't have 3 different time scan speed segment when using this dual mode while Chemstation and Masshunter can do that.

How can we ask Agilent to do so?

Hello,

If your installation is for a client server system open a ticket with lab informatics, if not contact your local support number. They will confirm the problem and determine if the issue is a defect or a missing feature of the software. If this is deemed a missing feature the team can gather the full details and open a feature request.

It's not a problem, It's a feature that is not available for openlab CDS but it is on the old chemstation and Masshunter. Agilent canada said that this feature will be in the 2.7 update, but isn't the case. I wonder if I can have it on 2.8.
