I have a problem with a result set that cannot be loaded. The GC-MS stopped running over the weekend due to a broken syringe. I restarted the sequence but the new files were recorded as single injection files as that was loaded as default and forgotten to change. Now the last datafile that was recorded didn't contain data. Therefore, I deleted that file with the thought with restarting the sequence this file will be newly created.
However, now the result set cannot be loaded anymore stating that that specific file cannot be found.
What to do now? Can this be restored? It would otherwise mean doing all 50 injections again.
It is about the last file in the set '51'.
Any help is very welcome.
