Report Viewer Waiting Forever to Load a Report

Report Viewer sometimes waits forever for a report to be generated but sometimes works OK. I'm running OpenLab ChemStation LTS 01.11 on Windows 10 Pro 21H2. Any solutions to this?

Hello,

What section of the software are you in data analysis, review, or the report template editor? When you say report viewer does that mean you are open existing pdf reports or creating new reports? Do you ever get any errors? Are you using a standard Agilent report template or is it customized?
