On your installation media for CDS 2.x, you should find an example report template, ccf file and instructions for content uniformity calculations. The folder path and screenshot of the contents are below. I would take a look at this first as it may answer your questions.

Actually I open this report and also actually i try to use it but finally i can't calculate the acceptance value for uniformity content according to USP, so i need help 

Have you tried with example data? Please let me know.

I have a query about dissolution for dosage form...are able to develope dissolution profiling report template?

Is the calculation at the end of that report not populating or is this the wrong calculation?
