What version of EZChrom are you using? Is this a workstation or client server installation? When are you getting the error message on opening the control panel or trying to open an instrument? Did you do anything to the computer like renaming or changing domains?
The version is 04.09 it is standalone. When trying to open control panel and trying to launch an instrument. The customer said that she thinks a windows update happened last night. No renaming that she is aware of.
