I'm using a 8860 GC unit and I'm having some troubles with data reprocessing. We have two methods, and in one of them there's a custom field that represents the % amount of water in the sample (mandatory for the method), the acquisition parameters are identical but the calibration curve and the report are different.
When I try to reprocess a sample and try to change the method in the sequence template to the new method, the custom field option doesn't appear.
Are there any other sections were i can change the method used for data reprocessing?
