Hello,
You cannot change the amount in method value, that information comes from the calibration table in the processing method for the standard level you have selected. The compounds amounts column is meant to allow the user to override the method values for the standard level. For instance, if you always weight out your standards each time you run them, you will have to update the processing method values each time, instead you can use the compound amounts column to update them in the sequence.

Thank you but how do I select a value in amount in method value? I cannot see where to do this in processing method
Hi there,
When editing the Processing Method, go to the Compound > Calibration section, and the Compound Table tab. The column(s) you are looking for is "Level". Enter the compound amount in the calibration standard for this level. This column is only editable if you have chosen "Curve" as quantification mode. The number of Levels can be set underneath the General tab.
Hello,
You must be using a quantitative method, which is selected when you first create the processing method. You can find the level setting and the columns in the calibration section of the compound's menu in the processing method.
