Hi, Marty.

Thank you for the response.  I have a few screen shots but am having difficulty uploading them.  I tried adding them under "Insert" and then entering the file location but it is not accepting it.  Is there another way to add them?

Testing sending it from the snipping tool

evdehse when you reply, click Insert

then select Image/video/file:

then click Upload to find the file on your PC and click Ok to insert the file.

I tried doing that and entering "C:\Users\EVDEHSE\Pictures\Grayed-out Print Hardcopy" into the File/URL field.  However, it just reads "Invalid URL: C:\Users\EVDEHSE\Pictures\Grayed-out Print Hardcopy" in the field below.  I don't know if it is thinking I am adding and URL instead of a file, but it won't let me upload it.

Hi evdehse you need to store the file on your PC and click Upload to select the file you want to upload.  

Typing the file location in the File/URL field will not work.
