How to get symmetry on Injection Results in OpenLAB WS Plus 2.3

I would guess the issue is you have not setup the system suitability section of the processing method. You need to select to calculate system performance and which type of calculations to do in the method.

Thank you for responding so quickly. 

I can see the value of symmetry as you referred to with Chemstation integrator being selected. 

but if Ezcrom integrator is selected, it didn't show up. 

I don't know between the difference.

You might want to search the help and learning for symmetry, as I imagine what you are looking for is tailing.  In OpenLab, the symmetry is calculated as a pseudomoment by the integrator which is why it is only displayed when using the CS integrator.

In OpenLab, this factor is calculated and stored as the Tailing factor (see Symmetry Factor, Tailing Factor (USP)).
