Custom Calculation

Question

Good afternoon. I would like to see if someone can help me. I want to use the custom calculation editor for my results. I have seen examples of some formulas on the internet, but I don't know how to do them. Are they already established formulas? Is there a pattern to write them? Sorry for so many questions but I can't find any manual that can help me either and I'm totally lost. Thank you very much in advance.

 The beautiful thing about OpenLab CDS is that it has a built-in help too, called OpenLab Help&Learning. It might be even installed on your desktop as a shortcut, and if it is not, you can search for it in the Start/Windows menu of your computer. 
 Additionally, there is also an online version you can access at Agilent OpenLab Help & Learning . From there, after you select the language, you have various tools available to help you with your inquiries. You can even search in the search bar (top-right) whatever topic you need help with.
