ELSD HPLC FIRMWARE

What is the product number of your ELSD? G4260B, G4261B and G7102A are the most common ones but we also have G4260A and G4261A.

Also, what software are you using? If you are running Openlab 2.X then you will also need to update ELSD firmware to be able to connect it

Wolney, I have a customer that upgraded OpenLab and need to upgrade the G1702A firmware.  I did not see a download for the ELSD.  Is the firmware on the CDS install disk?

It’s not very easy to upgrade firmware on an ELSD. I don’t remember G7102A firmware update procedure from memory, but for the G4260B with Openlab 2.5 or later you have to replace the mainboard.

Usually, you only have to install an add-on on lab advisor and follow instructions to update it on the newer ones, like G7102A.
