Hi, We are currently trying to use an ELDS on an HPLC with the other compartment using a VWD. We installed driver software and the ELDS is recognized. We can build the method using ELSD parameters and save it. No issues there. When we open the method up, we get a resolve error, the ELSD parameters default to original BUT the pump, col comp, etc stay correct according to the method. We can build the method and send the configuration the instrument and it comes ready. But we are still encountering this when opening method for ELDS Has anyone encountered this?
