Hello,
Open Lab says that the HPLC Pump is not connected (Connection condition: module not found); Sampler, Oven and Detector are idle.
The pump is idle in the Agilent Lab Advisor, too but not in Method and Run Control in Open Lab.

Take a look in the activity log for the instrument on startup and see if there are any more detailed messages about the module. Also, which module are you using for the LAN connection? I typically see this if the module is not configured correctly, the driver does not support the firmware, or the modules firmware are version mismatched.
