File is overwritten when starting a sequence

This message appears before I start a sequence:
"the subdirectory specified for the sequence already contains data files. If you start the sequence the files may be overwritten if running acquisition. Use the 'sequence parameters' to change the subdirectory or check the file names are different"
I have already changed the subdirectory to a new one, and the file names are always different, we add time and date and we still get this message
We are using OpenLab CDS 2.3.53

  • Hello,

Are you changing the result set name each time you run a new sequence? What are you using as a token for the datafile naming? You have OpenLab CDS 2.3.53 called out in the post but the phrase "Use the 'sequence parameters' to change the subdirectory or check the file names are different" only really applies to Chemstation as CDS does not have sequence parameters.
