Hello,
When I try to create a new nested baseline, the baseline won't go past the middle of the peak. I need to separate an entire peak from a range of the chromatogram, does anybody know how to get around this issue?
Thanks!

Hello,
Do you have an area sum window from ~7.2 to ~8.4 or is that peak at 7.822 a normal peak found by integration? If the peak at 7.822 is a normal peak not the center of an area sum window, then just delete and redraw it in manual integration. The "apex" of an area sum window or area slice is not the highest point but the middle of the time window.

Oh I see what you're saying. Sometimes I need to overwrite the baseline after processing the data and manually make the splits. Only when I do this am I having the issue of it picking the highest point in the range as the apex. Maybe I'm just unable to integrate it this way?
