You will need to provide more details on the issue that you are seeing. Also, if you could let us know what OpenLab Software (OpenLab 2.x, Chemstation, EzChrom) you are using and the version. I cannot say without more details but the most likely issue if you are getting extra blank pages is that you have an extra page defined in the report. Later versions give a warning in the editor window, but some older versions did not. If this is the case move and resize objects to fit on the page and then drag the right margin to remove the grey space to the right of the report page. The is another common issue if you are editing some of the existing reports as they have forced page breaks on some objects. If you delete objects check the existing groups and objects for page breaks.

thank you for your response

we are using open lab ChemStation when we approve for the report it sends to the file directory 

we just need the TXT file 

But the problem is the TXT file send to us not completed 

please find the attached file
