Batch Export Integration Table and Chromatograms in CSV or Excel

Hello,

In Chemstation rev. 01.07, is there a way to batch export the integration tables from the entire sequence into one excel file (or CSV) after integration parameters are set? It would also be beneficial to export multiple chromatograms at once.

Hello,

You can create a IR report template that uses the matrix object to export data to excel as one big table. Note this only works if the peaks are named and identified.

Hi Marty,

Thank you. I was able to create a report template, would you mind breaking down the steps on how to use the matrix object to export to excel?

I'm not sure I am able to name peaks, I don't have or need a calibration table for my run. I am also just working with integrated UV data, not MS data.
