how to locate result set?

It is all in the same place, there is no need to go to a place elsewhere for saved results.  When you load data, your saved results are there as soon as you link with your processing method. It is much simpler actually

So from a review standpoint how do I know the data I am looking at is the most current results? I would think a reviewer should have a result set that cannot be altered, essentially locked from changes after the analyst processes and saves.

Am I missing something?

You have not said what type of install you have. If this is a file based workstation, then you only have one version of the data. If you have a client server or workstation plus, then you have access to all saved versions. The latest version is opened by default unless you specifically open an older version. You have the option either by SOP or enforced by the electronic signature workflow, to lock data at specific points so it cannot be altered.
